When people hear "Pizzicotto", they think of Roman-style pizza by the slice. And yes — that's our signature. But our menu goes further. From lasagna to fresh salads to seasonal specials, there's a full Italian meal waiting beyond the pizza counter.

Lasagna is the comfort classic — layers of pasta, ragù, béchamel, and cheese, baked until golden. Ours is made the traditional way, no shortcuts. It's the kind of dish that turns a quick lunch into a proper meal. Fresh salads are built on quality ingredients: ripe tomatoes, good olive oil, fresh herbs, simple dressings — light and balancing against the richness of pizza and lasagna.

Beyond the regular menu, we run seasonal and signature specials. From our current menu: Thin Pork Loin with your choice of tuna sauce or green sauce; Involtini with Bresaola or Parma Ham, with Culatello as a premium option; Mediterranean Tuna with olives, capers, and onions; and Saltimbocca alla Romana — pork loin, sage, Parma ham, and white wine, cooked the traditional Roman way.
