Pizza al taglio is the purest pizza of Roman pizza: served fresh daily as a soft, light delicate open-crumb dough. Our fresh pizzas are baked in long rectangular trays, cut with scissors and sold by weight or by the slice. At Pizzicotto we bake it Roman-thick; crispy underneath, and soft in the middle.
Alongside our trays: oven-baked focaccia bread and our signature cheeses. Join us daily for the traditional aperitivo hour featuring signature Italian bar snacks. Then coffee. Always coffee.

How is pizza al taglio served?
Our trays are baked in the Roman style and cut to order, so you choose a preferred slice size alongside how many pizza types go into a box.
Can I order a whole gourmet tray?
Yes — gourmet tray pizzas are pre-order only. Call 082 282 1292 about a day ahead and we'll bake one for pickup or delivery, sold as four slices.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Takeaway and dine-in, too. Order by phone on 082 282 1292 and your pizza will arrive in our 100% recyclable takeaway boxes.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Plenty — from classic Margherita to vegetable trays, bruschetta, cheeses and dolci. Ask at the counter! Grazie!

It's such a good place! There are multiple pizza slices you can order. All that we tried were delicious, especially the diavola and 4 cheeses. Super quick service, good food, plenty of options — easy to recommend. Also tried the lasagna and was surprised by the taste. It was great!
